All you need to do is complete the registration form here on our sign-up site. Once submitted, you will be enrolled into the Best of Coffee programme and receive further details on how to participate.

Our campaign goes live on 2nd April. Typically, you can expect to see customers redeeming their vouchers within the first few days after launch depending on their vicinity to your venue.

Customer volume will depend on local participation and demand. However, as part of the programme, you will receive free national and local exposure, which can drive new customers to your business.

If your shop closes permanently or temporarily, or if you need to update your business details (such as address or contact information), please inform us as soon as possible so we can update your listing accordingly.

Currently, the programme focuses on the £1 coffee offer. However, you are welcome to discuss additional promotional opportunities with us to maximise your business exposure, and so we can also update your terms.

The Best of Coffee programme is supported by a major UK mobile network’s loyalty programme Three+ and promoted through social media and traditional advertising. It is designed to drive local and national awareness of independent coffee businesses like yours.

When a qualifying customer wishes to redeem their voucher, they visit the campaign website, enter their location, and find participating venues nearby. They will see your business, select your listing, and visit your store to redeem the offer in line with your specified terms and conditions.

A valid voucher will show your venue details, a live countdown timer, and the exact time it was activated. Make sure all details are correct and the timer is running, this ensures the voucher is secure and can’t be used via a screenshot. There is no need to scan or enter the voucher code. This is for internal reporting only.

Your partnership runs for an initial 12-month period, giving you consistent exposure and customer engagement all year round. After that, it simply moves to a flexible rolling contract with just 30 days' notice.
